How do I enrol at the K9 Clubhouse? To enrol at K9 Clubhouse firstly we need to get a few details about you and your pup via the enquiry form. You will then be contacted by a member of the team to organise a Meet and Greet with your pup at the K9 Clubhouse. This will be a 30-minute introduction and chat where we can assess your dogs needs and identify any additional needs your dog may have (e.g. administering medication) At the end of the Meet and Greet we will email you a K9 Clubhouse booking form where you can give us all the details we need about you and your dog. We will then book you in for one half day (£18) and one full day induction (£25 normal price) where we will monitor your dog and their interactions with the other doggies to make sure that K9 Clubhouse is a good fit for your pup. After your dogs' induction you can then book via the Kennel Booker app. Once your dog is a member of the K9 Clubhouse crew you can book drop-ins and future booking via the website or the Kennel Booker app.
-
How much is it?£25 per dog for a full day and £18 per half day. We also have block booking packages available here

What is Doggy Day Care?Just like Day Care for kids - but for dogs! You drop them off and pick them up, we do the rest! So we look after them for you for a full or half day with a balanced schedule that is tailored to your dogs' needs that is created to provide socialisation, stimulation and rest. Keeping their minds and bodies healthy and active. Perfect for those of us who work 9-5s. Doggy Boarding is when your pooch has a sleepover essentially and stays for longer periods such as a week, when you go on holidays. The K9 Clubhouse is Day Care services only at the moment.
-
When can I drop off and pick up?Our clubhouse is open Monday to Friday 7.30am - 6.00pm. Feel free to drop your dog off any time between 7.30am and 9.30am and collect them from 4.30pm onwards. We are of course totally flexible if you let us know what times suit you, these times are just what we recommend to ensure your doggy maximises a balanced schedule.
-
Are there set days my dog must attend? No, but we would recommend having a minimum of 2 regular days when your dog visits in order for them to have a schedule that they are familiar with.
-
What’s your cancellation policy? We require 12 hours notice to rearrange your day or cancel free of charge. Less than 12 hours notice and you will be charged.
-
Does my dog have to be neutered or vaccinated to attend the Clubhouse?Males over 9 months must be neutered (or chemically neutered). Dogs must be fully vaccinated at least 14 days before attending K9 Clubhouse and we need to have a record of this included in their booking form. They must be vaccinated against: Canine Hepatitis Canine Parovirus Canine Distemper Leptosporosis (all above are normal vaccinations) Kennel Cough (separate vaccination)
-
Will my dog be supervised at all times?Yes, your dog will be supervised by our trained clubhouse staff during playtime and rest. Supervision ensures that dogs are safe and properly socialised.
-
How many dogs do you allow per staff member? We have a max ratio of 10 dogs per trained staff member to ensure the highest level of care for your pet each and every time they attend the Clubhouse.
-
How will I know how my dog is getting on?Stay tuned to our Instagram and Facebook page for regular pupdates throughout the day. New member? Then we will keep you updated throughout the day with pictures and news about your furry friend using WhatsApp which will be set up on your Meet and Greet for the first few weeks. You will also receive a report card at the end of their first week to inform you of how they are getting on.
-
How will my dog be fed?We expect your doggy to be fed before they come to us. If your dog stays at the daycare during feeding times, you can provide your dog’s food, and the staff will feed them according to your schedule (e.g. pups or our elderly clubhouse members) We will give treats throughout the day both as part of our enrichment activities and to reward. Allergies? Then just let us know on your Meet and Greet form and our staff will cater for any dietary needs.
